JERSEY POOLS AND SPAS, a fast growing, family owned and operated company is looking to add an experienced pool technician. We offer competitive pay along with the use of a company vehicle.
Required Skills: able to work from March thru October (8 mos.) FULL-TIME SEASONAL. Good driving record, No criminal record. Clean drug test. Smart phone with data plan.
Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Complete daily detailed records of worked performed
- Brushing, vacuuming pools
- Knowledge of water chemistry as well as adjusting and balancing of water a plus
- Knowledge of pool filtration systems
- Troubleshoot and explain equipment repairs to customers
- Be on time and ready to work
- Wear company provided shirts/hats
- Have a great attitude!
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must be able to work long hours in all weather (heat, rain, sun)
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift and manipulate 50+ lbs
- Must be able to follow directions
- Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
- Have a great attitude!
Experience:
- Pool Service and Equipment Repair a plus but not necessary
Education:
- High school or equivalent
